The Idea
Flower Press Studios originated from my love of gardening. I enjoy growing flowers in our garden and through the pressing process I preserve them so they can be enjoyed forever.
Style & Quality
Simplicity is key in all my work. I aim to create beautiful, original art to be enjoyed in your home or given as a gift. I aim for a simple, uncluttered, contemporary style.

A bit about me
Hi I’m Vanessa, the Creative Director of Flower Press Studios.I have worked for 25 years as a magazine art director/graphic designer and illustrator (My design clients include Brides, The Telegraph, BBC, Kintsugi, Red, Maybourne Hotel group, Laser Clinics, Psychologies, New Woman, The Simple Things and YOU magazine amongst many others). I more recently returned to my first love of making modern pressed flower art and illustration at Flower Press Studios. I’m also a cartoonist and also showcase that work at www.instagram.com/vanessagdraws. I currently work from my home studio in Coulsdon in Surrey, within easy reach of the M25 and London
