1. All art works are original and handmade at Flower press studios.

2. No refunds are given.

3. Delivery will be by Royal Mail

4. Flowers/plants used are all real. Please handle the work with care.

5. Some inks and metallic sprays are used in the production and to enhance some of the colours.

6. We aim to use recyclable and reuseable packaging when packing up our deliveries.

7. For commissions we will ask you to sign a commissioning form agreeing to our terms before proceeding with the commission.

8. We advise you to display the art out of direct sunlight/harsh tungsten light to prevent any fading. Pressed flowers are delicate by nature. (Over time some fading may possibly occur but all flowers are coated with a matt varnish before dispatch. We do not accept any responsibility for any fading after the pictures have left our studio.)
